Within 100 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with the mattress that you purchased from Goodnite Outlet, You may contact your respective outlet and you are able to exchange other models from our Goodnite Outlet. You are required to take photos/video of your mattress for our assessment of the product condition prior to this exchange service. Once we have assessed the mattress to our satisfaction, we’ll arrange a new mattress (at your choice) to your residence and collect back the existing mattress. Please note that by making a purchase you are also bound to the following conditions:
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must be a Goodnite Outlet customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights. It takes around 4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, as such, we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 nights before making an exchange request.
- To complete your exchange request, we require a full product photos/video showcasing the current mattress conditions prior to exchange.
- To make an exchange request, contact your respective outlet with purchase receipt and reason for exchanging.
Terms and Conditions:
- Each mattress is only allowed for ONE exchange service.
- To entitle for this exchange service, you must register e-warranty at Goodnite official website within 14 days after receiving the product.
- The 100 nights count will start from the purchase date.
- Only mattresses under Goodnite Outlet are available for this exchange service.
- Customer is required to pay the variance, should the exchanged value is higher than the returned mattress. If the exchanged value is lower than the returned mattress, customer may top up with other products. No refund for cash or return is allowed under this exchange service.
- Exchange service will exclude all the free gifts given from the first purchase and will not be entitled for any free gifts of the new mattress.
- If you are not reachable or do not respond to our attempts to contact you with regards to your exchange request after the 100 nights trial period, you are no longer eligible for an exchange.
- If the mattress has been damaged or stained, you will not be granted for an exchange.
- Transportation charge of RM150 is applicable for the one-to-one exchange process within West Malaysia, not including any highlands, islands and Langkawi.
- If you are not at home at the moment that the exchange is scheduled and required to reschedule another delivery, we will charge RM150 as a compensation fee to rearrange for another pickup and delivery.
- If the mattress was not purchased from Goodnite Outlet, it is not eligible for an exchange.
- The exchange program is only valid within West Malaysia, not including any highlands, islands and Langkawi.
- Goodnite reserves the right to make any changes on the terms and conditions of this exchange service.
- The decision of the Company Management shall be deemed final for any disputes on the exchange program.
